From these Guidance and Regulations we have set out our strategy and protocols for the safe conduct of our business, to protect our customers and staff.
Estate and Property Letting Agencies in Wales were allowed to open from 22nd June 2020. This is later than regulations allowed in England.
Tudor Estate Agents remained open (virtual office) throughout the lockdown and we have now re-opened our office door.
We are now allowed to arrange viewings of vacant unoccupied properties and and these are strictly by prior appointments only, and must follow physical distancing guidance and keep good hand hygiene.
If anyone in your household shows any symptoms of COVID-19 prior to an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. If there is any element of risk we reserve the right to postpone or cancel any appointments.
