Stage 1

Inspect and choose your preferred property. At this stage you should read ' guide to Tenants in Wales issued by Welsh Government' A Guide to Renting in Wales - Welsh Government 

Stage 2

You will be asked to complete a short pre-application form (see here).

As part of this process you will be asked to give consent to your data being collected and held by Tudor for the purpose of considering your application. More details about General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) here

Stage 3

If your pre-application is accepted by the Landlord and Agent a holding deposit will become payable and you will be invited to proceed with your application/credit check.More details on the Holding Deposit

During this time no further applications will be considered for the property

On receipt of your holding deposit payment you will receive an email from the credit check company and you will need to follow their link to complete the application process.

Stage 4

Acceptance of your reference - a tenancy Agreement will be prepared
