Valuation
 
As Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers regulated by RICS, we are regularly required to provide Valuations for Tax purposes (IHT, CGT and SDLT) or for obtaining a grant of probate and if necessary negotiate with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) on behalf of the estate.

Valuation and removal of chattels

In association with trusted colleagues in the house contents removal and auction businesses, we can arrange for the contents of the property to be assessed, valued and then cleared for sale or disposal.

 Advice on selling or letting
 
Our Sales and Lettings staff are always on hand to provide market advice and to help with any decisions you may need to take regarding what to do with the property. Properties sell and let far better if they are properly prepared before marketing and we can advise on what works depending on what you wish to achieve.

Opportunity to recoup fees
 
If we are instructed and successful in selling the property, we will discount our sales fee by the cost of Valuation carried out initially.
